How do I receive my digital files?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime from your order confirmation page.

How long do I have to download my files?

Your download link is available for 30 days and up to 5 download attempts. If you need more time or additional downloads, just get in touch.

What file formats are included?

All prints are delivered as high-resolution PDF and/or PNG files, ready to print at home or at a professional print shop.

What sizes can I print?

Our files are designed to print at multiple standard sizes — A4, A3, A2, 5×7", 8×10", and 18×24". Exact sizes are listed on each product page.

Where can I get my prints printed?

You can print at home on a standard inkjet or laser printer, or upload your file to a local or online print shop such as Snapfish, Photobox, or your local copy centre.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Due to the instant-download nature of digital files, we're unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
